Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across India. We do not ship outside India at present.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order. Cash on delivery orders carry a separate ₹40 COD fee, shown at checkout.

When your order is dispatched

Orders are packed and dispatched from Kottakkal, Malappuram, Kerala, within 1–2 working days of being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

How long delivery takes

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3–5 days. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Packaging and insurance

Each fragrance travels in its tamper-evident presentation box, packed to protect the glass. Every shipment is insured while it is with the courier, so if it is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it in full (see the Refund Policy).

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we send you a tracking link. You can also ask us for it on WhatsApp.

Failed or refused delivery

Customers should provide accurate delivery information and remain available to receive their orders. If the courier cannot deliver after its attempts, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange delivery again. Any applicable shipping or re-delivery charges will be communicated transparently.

A cash on delivery order refused at the door without a valid reason is cancelled, and its ₹50 advance is not refunded.
