Wear it for a week. If it isn't yours, we'll take it back. This page explains how.

Returning a fragrance

You can ask to return a fragrance within 7 days of delivery, even if you have opened and worn it, as long as:

the bottle is at least 80% full;
it comes back in its original presentation box; and
the return is requested by the person who placed the order.

This applies once per customer per fragrance. A combo can be returned as a whole, or one bottle from it, in which case the refund is the combo price less the regular price of the bottle you keep.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or not as ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the bottle, the box and the shipping label. An unboxing video helps us resolve it fastest. We will send a replacement or refund the order in full, at no cost to you, and you will not need to meet the conditions above.

How to request a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 81390 44477 or email info@rumahperfumes.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm within 48 hours and arrange a pickup from your address. Please do not send items back without a confirmed return, as we cannot trace unannounced parcels.

Refunds

We inspect returned items within 2 working days of receiving them and then confirm the refund.

Online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Cash on delivery: the cash amount and the ₹50 advance are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you name, within 5–7 working days of approval.

The ₹40 COD fee is refunded only when the item was damaged, leaking or wrong.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email. Online payments, and the ₹50 advance on cash on delivery orders, are refunded in full.

If a COD order is refused at the door without a valid reason, the ₹50 advance is not refunded. If we cancel an order for any reason, everything paid is refunded in full.
